Important note
Of the questions, Question 6 is one of the most important. Make sure that you meet and feel comfortable that you can work with the individuals who'll actually do the work on your site. Often, agency principals get the business, then turn you over to overworked staff members who aren't as interested in your satisfaction as is the agency sales staff.

Question 12 can also be a bit tricky. Like photographers who claim ownership of the negatives of the photographs they have created, some designers claim permanent ownership of their Web sites and do not look favorably on others maintaining Web sites they have created. Be sure to specify in writing your right to take over and maintain your Web site at your discretion
